Description

The amendment clarifies SF 255 and SF 254 submittals and clarifies the submittal due date. Submittal Requirements: Interested A/E firms must submit three copies of SF 255 and three copies of SF 254 to the address above. The forms must address the prime contractor and all consultants. A separate SF 255 and SF 254 is not required for each consultant. All offerors shall clearly mark the following information on the outside of the envelope: Solicitation number NMA401-02-R-0009; Designated Office to Receive Offers: NIMA ACW (Tamara Verdon, MS D-6); Mail Opening Instructions - Only the Contracting Officer is authorized to open the envelope. Forward directly to Tamara Verdon, D-6. Submittals are due by 4:00 p.m. on August 26, 2002.
