Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION. The solicitation is posted on FEDBIZOPPS. USDA Rural Development (RD), Farm Service Agency (FSA), and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) seek to enter into a Firm-Fixed-Price, Single Source, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide: Digital Camera Kits. The Period of Performance is a three (3) year Agreement. This solicitation is small business set aside. Award will be made based on the following factors: Price and Past performance. Proposals are due by 1:00 p.m. on August 29, 2002. The NAICS code is 443130 Camera and Photographic Supplies Stores and the size standard is $6,000,000.00. This solicitation will only be available electronically through the World Wide Web.
