Description

The U.S. Coast Guard will issue a solicitation for Mechanical Street Sweeping at USCG ISC Honolulu, Hawaii. Performance shall be in accordance with the standards contained in the Statement of Work and applicable purchase order clauses contained in the solicitation. This solicitation will be set-aside 100% for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 421810. The small business size standard is 100 employees. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price. The contract base year will be 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003, with a one-year option period. The solicitation will be posted on this web-site for downloading on or about 03 September 2002 and shall close on or about 17 September 2002. The following notice is for informational purposes: Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
