Description

SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to replace water-source heat pumps and associated electrical and architectural work. Two doors and door frames shall be removed and re-installed in order to replace heat pumps. Work is located in the UPH Building at USCG ISC Miami, Miami Beach, Florida. The performance period is fourteen (14) calendar days from notice to proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. The anticipated award date is September 18, 2002. This solicitation is being issued, 23 August 2002, pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235110, with a size standard of $12.0 million.
