Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on the Blackwater Unit Visitor Center Addition and Renovation located in Cambridge, Maryland. The work consists of the construction of a 3,800 square foot wood frame addition to the administrative building. The work includes interior renovations in the Visitor Center, site work, paving, landscaping, and utility installation. Construction is scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2002. Requests for the bidding package must be submitted in writing to the address above to the attention of Dale Aubin, Contracting Officer, and must reference the assigned number, 501812B018. Requests may be FAXed; FAX number is 413-253-8450. Requests must include company name, address, telephone and FAX numbers and a point of contact. This is an unrestricted procurement and is open to any responsible and responsive bidder. NAICS code is 233320. Construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1 Million.
