- Notice to offerors and potential offerors: The requirements for the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Manpower Conference changed on 8/20/2002 in amendment 04 to solicitation N00600-02-R-1940. The government has cancelled the requirement to award a for the three option years. The government will award contract for Conference to be held from 22-28 Sep 2002. The solicitation has been reopened to allow prospective offerors to submit proposals based on this change in requirement. All offerors who previously submitted proposals shall submit revised proposals based on this change. All offerors must deliver proposals to FISC NORFOLK DET WASHINGTON by 2 p.m. EST on 28 August 2002. Please refer to original solicitation and all amendments for guidance on submission of proposals.
