Description

AMOUNT: Approximately 2,893 square feet of rentable office and related space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment and seven (7) parking spaces. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,515 BOMA usable square feet. LOCATION: Proposed space must be located within the following: Central Business District of Jackson, Mississippi as defined by the City of Jackson, MS as of August 21, 2002. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Ten (10) years, with five (5) firm term. OWNERS AND AGENTS: To express interest, please contact the following office no later than 4:00 PM EST August 28, 2002. Agents must have a letter of authorization to represent the owner. EXISTING BUILDINGS ONLY ARE TO BE SUBMITTED, AS SCHEDULE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.
