- Description
- MAT Rental/Exchange Services: Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, parts, and other items and services necessary to perform rental, cleaning, and exchange of Floor Mats for the Fort Wainwright Commissary located in the state of Alaska. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of November 1, 2002 through October 31, 2003, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through October 31, 2007. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 28, 2002 with a tentative closing date of September 16, 2002. The anticipated award date will be September 23, 2002. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812332 and the business size standard is $12 million. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizops.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. All requests for paper copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, ATTN: CICST (Wilfredo Madera), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800.
