- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Reference Purchase Request (PR) Number F73HRC21971400 on your quote. This document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07 Effective 15 May 2002. This requirement is issued unrestricted. The North American Industry Code System number is 339920. Description of requirements: CLIN 0001 Non-Personal Service to furnish all parts, materials, labor, services, installation, and transportation necessary to provide annual maintenance of Document Control System (DCS)Level III Station(3 Dell systems and Scan Level software); DCS SmartOCR Station (3 Dell Systems with SmartOCR software); DCS Coding Station (3 Dell Systems and Coding software); DCS QA Station (Dell System and QA software); DCS Document Split Station (Dell Sytem and Document Split software); DCS Commit Station (Dell System and Commit station software); DCS Workgroup Server (Dell System and workgroup software); Fujitsu Flatbed scanner; Bates Assign and Brand workstation; DCS Electronic Doc Bulk Import module; DCS Electronic Doc Converter Module; DCS Feed File Import Module; DCS Rware Fileroom Export Module; DCS Exchange Module; DCS PRint Module: Kodak Archivewriter 9600; Alchemy software; IBML Imagetrac Scanner, Serial #6603; IBML Software. Place of performance will be the Air Force Historical Research Agency, Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, AL 36112. A site visit will be given if needed.
