Description

Preventive Maintenance Agreement for Legacy Digital 22 Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina Solicitation # F31610-03-Q-0018 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is F31610-03-Q-0018 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. This acquisition is being considered for 100 percent small business set-aside. Interested small business concerns should indicate interest to the Contracting Office, in writing, as early as possible, but no later than 10 calendar days of this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219. The Small Business size standard is $6,000,000. This procurement is for the full service coverage for Legacy Digital 22 at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC 27531. The following provisions apply to this acquisition. Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The listed FAR clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference.
