- NA CONTACT Mohammad Abbaszadeh, Engineer, 732-532-9866 or Beverly Donaldson, logistician, 732-542-1569. This sources sought-market survey is to determine the capability of industry to provide spare parts for the Common Ground Station -CGS-, specifically the 1 04 NSNs making up the mission equipmet consisting of Cable Assemblies, Power Supplies, Signal Converters, Receiver Transmitter, Printer, Air Conditioner; Digital Computer, Circuit Card Assemblies, Antennae, Encoder-Decoder, Disk Drives, Circuit Card Assemb lies and similar other items. The original equipment manufacturer is General Dynamics Defense Systems, Scottsdale, AZ, formerly Motorola. Although a significant amount of these items may be Commercial-Off-the-Shelf-COTS-items, they are modified at the ex clusive direction of the CGS manufacturing contractor. The Government does not have data on the modifications or any other technical data package and does not plan to procure one. System software, source code only, is proprietary to the developer-manufac turer and is not owned by the Government. Complete list of 104 NSNs and item names is available, on request, from POCs listed in this message. The CGS provides support to Army Field commanders by simultaneously receiving, processing, manipulating storing, displaying and disseminating intelligence information from multiple sensors and intelligence broadcast networks and by disseminating targeting and intelligence information to intelligence, fire support and command and control elements from Brigade to Eche lons Above Corps -EAC-. The CGS includes vehicles, one Lightweight Multipurpose Shelter, mission equipment, support equipment, software, generators, and trailers. This system receives data from the Joint STARS E8 airborne multi-mode radar subsystem, the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, and the Commander?s Tactical Terminal -CTT-. Interested sources for this effort who have the technical, production and program managerial experience in this type of work are invited to send a response describing, in detail their ability to deliver. Suppliers capable of furnishing spares must respond by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-IEW-C-JS, Building 1201E, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vender to the listed source or a stateme nt from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can in fact supply the Army with spares that will physically and functionally be interchangeable with the spares from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item s supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
