Description

SOURCES BEING SOUGHT to provide janitorial service in common areas of multi-story Visitor/ Bachelor Quarters, Naval Air Facility, Key West, Florida. The work includes eleven (11) multi-story buildings located at three (3) different areas in the Key West/ Boca Chica Key, Florida Keys area. Common areas, including common bathrooms, must be cleaned and maintained to meet award-winning standards established by the Client. Work does not included cleaning individual Guest Rooms. One contract having 1 base year and 4 option years is anticipated. Work to start on 1 December 2002. Award will be based on Best Value.
