MODIFIED SOLICITATION NOTICE 5 MARCH 2002: THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY ISSUED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS, INVITING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The NAICS Code for this Solicitation is 562910: Environmental Remediation Services. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 people. The work includes remedial actions at environmentally contaminated sites predominately located at Navy and Marine Corps installations and other Government agencies. If an offeror wishes to propose both AORs, then two separate proposals shall be submitted. Offerors must clearly indicate which AOR they are proposing: SOUTHDIV under solicitation number N62467-01-R-0331 or LANTDIV under solicitation number N62470-02-R-3260. Two separate contracts will be awarded: one for SOUTHDIV's AOR and another for LANTDIV's AOR. This is not a multiple award contract and task orders will not be competed. Work may also be added and performed anywhere outside of LANTNAVFACENGCOM AOR, as required by the Government.
