- Description
- This notice is to advertise the intent to add 56 NSNs to the current corporate contract SP070000D9713, with Hamilton Sundstrand., These part-number items primarily manufactured by Hamilton Sundstrand; however, there may be some items where other approved sources exist. All NSNs are available for download via the Internet/World Wide Web., multiple FSCs will be covered but the majority are 2915, 5365, 6150, 5330, and 5331., No RFP will be issued as it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to an existing contract., All responsible sources may submit and offer/quote, which shall be considered., Specifications, plans or drawings are not available., The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 2 years., This is an unrestricted acquisition., This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)., Approved sources include (see the website http://www.dscccols.com/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp or contact the contracting officer for a copy of Section B.) If you have any questions please call Mary Jo Coffey at 614-692-4617., This synopsis is for the procurement of commercial items., The following provision for commercial items apply, FAR 2.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and clause 52.212-5., While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, See note 12.
