Tech Data Availability; Dscr Does Not Currently Have An Approved Technical Data Package Available For This NSN. Please Do Not Submit Request To DSCR-VABA. Origin Inspection Required. First Article/Preproduction Approval Required By Government Testing. Sample Size 1 Each. Sample, If Approved Will Not Be Returned To The Contractor. The Testing Shall Consist Of Verification Of Conformance To The Specified Drawings And Specifications, And May Include A Form, Fit, And Function On The Next Higher Assembly (Aircraft). I/A/W Qap 13873 Qap-007 Basic Dtd 06/01/97 Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is 19 Sep 02 and the solicitation closing date is 21 Oct 02. FOB: Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 007 applies. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 500 each for the base year and for each option year. DSCR intends to award as a firm-fixed price type contract. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
