- BEECH 2000 STARSHIP PILOT QUALIFICATION TRAINING The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a competitive requirement for Beech 2000 Starship Initial and Recurrent Pilot Qualification Training. The contractor is to provide appropriate ground school and flight training for FAA flight inspectors/pilots in the Beech 2000 Starship aircraft. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8299 (NASIC 611512). Intended contract will be for a 1-year base period, including two 1-year option periods, to be exercised at the option of the government. All interested sources should first attempt to download the solicitation from the Internet.
