- Description
- The Heartland Network 15 Business Office intends to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) for mulitiple contractors to fabricate and repair artifical limbs for eligible veterans in VISN 15. Medical centers in VISN 15 include: Leavenworth, Topeka, and Wichita, Kansas. Kansas City, Columbia, and St. Louis, Missouri and Marion, Illinois. The NAICS code is 339113. The period os service is October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with (2) one year options. Request for proposals will be available on or about 8/23/02. Request shall be in writing to include company name; address;contact person, telephone and fax number. Fax request should be sent to (913) 758-6495. Telephone request will not be honored. This procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Item.
