Description

The 482nd FW Operational Contracting Office, Homestead Air Reserve Base, Dade County, FL, is issuing a solicitation for construction for bulk/fuel storage containment and oil/water separator repairs. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform bulk/fuel storage containment and oil/water separator repairs to prevent mud and small stones from entering drain system and install a new pump so the oil/water separator can be used if necessary. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 235990, with an emerging small business size standard of $5,750,000.00. The magnitude of the acquisition is less than $25,000.00. The performance period is 40 calendar days. The proposed solicitation listed herein will be issued as a 100% emerging small business set-aside. A Firm Fixed price contract will be awarded. The scheduled site visit for this project in on 29 Aug 2002, at 1:00 PM. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (NOV 2001) is incorporated by reference into this acquisition. Offeror must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration. The offeror shall provide its DUNS or if applicable, its DUNS + 4 number with its offer, which will be used by the Contracting Officer to verify that an offeror is registered in the CCR database. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Contractors are recommended to initiate CCR registration and or complete your annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423.
