Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F04626-02-Q-0014 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Vendor shall provide all tools, parts, installation, materials, equipment, and shipping necessary to provide a MICROS 3700 Ovation II POS cash register system. The system at a minimum must include the following: 1) MICROS 5 TRM PKG (HP VECTRA PENT IV 1.2 GB SERVER W/512 MGB RAM; 30GB HARD DRIVE; WINDOWS NT; MICROS 1-6 W/S; FNDTN S/W PKG; TIME & ATTENDANCE S/W; UPS; MODEM; PC ANYWHERE; SIM; TRANS. ANLZR)-[QTY 1] 2) PENTIUM COLOR TOUCH SCREEN TERMINAL-[QTY 5] 3) EXPRESS THERMAL PRINTER-[QTY 5] 4) LOW PROFILE CASH DRAWER-[QTY 1] 5) NCI 4000 ELETRONIC SCALE W/INTERFACE-[QTY 4] 6) HAND BARCODE SCANNER-[QTY 5] 7) 300 VA POWERWARE UPS-[QTY 5] 8) ACCT COM WINDOWS VERSION UPGRADE-[QTY 1] 9) PROGRAMMING, TRAINING, & HARDWARE SET-UP (INSTALLATION) **NOTE-OFFER SHOULD INCLUDE EXCHANGE CREDIT (IF ANY) FOR 2700 SYSTEM**PLEASE INCLUDE ONE YEAR MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT FOR 1 YEAR AS A SEPARATE QUOTE (WILL BE FUNDED SEPARATELY)** **OR EQUAL ACCEPTED** This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 200108 and DCN 20020730. The proposed solicitation listed here is unrestricted. This acquisition falls under the Standard Industrial Classification number 5045 and the North American Industry Classification System 421430. Effective 1 Jun 98, all contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to receive an award from Travis AFB. Call 888-227-2423 or www.ccr.gov to apply. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Price and past performance are the evaluation factors.
