Description

This is a concurrent announcement/RFQ for the Department of the Interior (DOI) National Business Center (NBC) to acquire the services of an application service supplier to provide hosting support and database management for its application of Oracle Financials. The application service supplier must have at least 3 years or more of experience hosting Oracle applications and Oracle database. Supplier must have a flexible application hosting offering for NBC. The provision of application and database management services should either be on-premises at the NBC or at the supplier's facilities. For systems management the services include, but are not limited to system and network monitoring, performance monitoring, intrusion detection, automated computer operations, and system backup and recovery. Security management services must protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of NBC's information assets. The services will be for 12 months beginning 9/1/02.
