Description

Request for quotes for rental of (4) four cold water coolers located as follows: 1 one ea at Airport, 801 W. Second St. Calexico, Two (2) each at Seizure Processing offce, 200 ea First St., Calexico, CA and one (1) ea at Vacis Building 1699 E. Carr Rd, Bldg. C Calexico. Performance period: October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 estimated. Maximum of 800 ea five (5) gallon bottles of water delivered on an as needed basis during the performance period. Contractor shall provide information regarding any known costs that would be incurred to start business with their company including, but not limited to bottle deposits. Contractors shall be registered at www.ccr.gov in order to be able to do business with the government. Award will be made to lowest cost, technically acceptable contractor including past performance information. Contractors shall provide three references other businesses for whom they provide services with their quote. The references are required to include names and phone numbers of points of contact for the companies. Provisions and Clauses found in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12 are applicable and are incorporated by reference. Email and Facsimile responses are acceptable.
