Description

Government seeks to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 15,000 rentable square feet in Peoria Il. Rentable square footage must yeild a minimum of 11,279 to a maximum of 12,970 BOMA usable square feet. Can be in existing building or new construction. Must be in close proximity to public transportation. Parking is needed for 57 cars. The proposed lease is for 20 years, 10 years firm and should be fully serviced. It must conform to Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. The space must be ready for occupancy no later than late spring of 2004. The property offered must be within Peoria city limits and south of Pioneer Parkway on the north. After an on-site survey, the area of consideration may be revised depending on a review of the overall mission of the agency to be housed in the space. GSA does not use tenant brokers. Proposals from agents must be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent ownership. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, or if new construction, the site location.
