UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 22,762 square feet of rentable space in Indianapolis, Indiana. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: North: Crawfordsville Rd. to 16th Street to Meridian Street to Fall Creek Parkway to Binford Blvd to 56th Street South: I-74 / 465 (to Crawfordsville Rd. on the West to 56th Street On the East) East: I-465 to 56th Street West: I-74 / 465 from Crawfordsville Rd. south around city The space requirement can be satisfied through an existing building or through new construction (build-to-suit) in close proximity to public transportation. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 19,810 to a maximum of 20,000 BOMA usable square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Parking is required for 80 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced including utilities. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February of 2003. After an on-site survey by a Government representative, the area of consideration may be revised depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. The offered space must be fully serviced and altered to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. The General Services Administration does not utilitize tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent the ownership. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, or if new construction, the site location. Also include pictures, elevations, site plans, etc and proof that the location is within the specified boundaries.
