Description

OFFICE SPACE WANTED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 11, 958 square feet of rentable space. Rentable square feet must yield a minimum of 10,398 BOMA usable square feet of space for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Together with 2 inside parking spaces. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Contiguous space (on one floor). Space configuration should be no more than twice as long as it is wide. The size, number, and placement of columns must be at least 20? from any interior wall and from each other and no more than 2? square. Offered space must not be located on the ground floor or top floor of any building. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Oakland, CA within the following delineated area: North: 15th street East: Franklin Street South: 10th Street West: Martin Luther King, Jr. Way LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm OCCUPANCY: Space is desired for occupancy by April 01, 2003 Expressions of interest must include the Following: 1. Building Name 2. Rentable square feet and rental rate per square foot. 3. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor if applicable. Class A office and related space in a quality building that meets the Governments handicap and seismic requirements is required.
