Description

The U.S Department of Agriculture, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Washington Telecommunications Service Organization (WTSO) has a requirement to acquire NetJunction Exchange 2000 Gateway Site License from Wingra Technologies, 450 Science Drive, One West, Madison, WI 53711, on a sole source basis. This software allows USDA the ability to utilize the Department-wide shared address book, the USDA.GOV domain name and the inter-agency email switching services provided by WTSO's NetJunction server. This software is proprietary to the developer. No Solicitation exist. No telephone request will be accepted. See note 22.
