Description: The purpose of this amendment is to correct C.3.1 to read: C.3.1 The contractor(s) shall provide interpreters who translate between English-like signing and spoken English and who interpret between American Sign Language and spoken English. Interpreters should have a National Association of the Deaf (NAD) Level III (Generalist), Level IV (Advanced), or Level V (Master) certification and/or a Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) Comprehensive Skills Certification (CSC).
