Description

NA The work under this procurement consists of renovating the Mammography Clinic, Second Floor, Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Building 300, Fort Gordon, GA. This is a construction contract, and therefore not a commercial item. The NAICS Code for this work is 233320 and the size standard NTE $28,500,000. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% total HUBZone set aside. The Government anticipates awarding one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The magnitude of this contract is between $25, 000 and $100,000. A contractor must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and be properly registered in the Central Contract Register (CCR). To register, go to the CCR website: www.ccr.gov. Solicitations will be only available electronica lly at http://acquisition.army.mil. FAX proposals in response to the solicitation are not accepted. Performance time on the contract will be approximately 120 days after notice to proceed (NTP). The solicitation will be made available August 26, 2002.
