- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE REQUIRED Pueblo, Colorado The Federal Government has a requirement to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,980 to 2,070 BOMA rentable square feet of office and warehouse space. The space must be contiguous on one floor. Rentable space must yield 1,800 BOMA usable square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. This requirement also includes the need for seven assigned parking spaces. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, and must not lie within the 100-year flood plain and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. The initial tenant will be APHIS/USDA. Such space shall be ready for occupancy no later than September 12th, 2002. The government is seeking a lease term of 5 years with 2 years firm. Space offered must be located within the following delineated area: In or within 20 miles of the City limits of Pueblo. Only properties that are contained within these boundaries or which front directly on them and meet or are capable of meeting the above criteria will be considered for this procurement.
