Description

This is a combined commercial item synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is a request for quote. The solicitation number is QA1330-02-RQ-02-0030 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-8. The contract will be a firm-fixed price order. The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) Stennis Space Center, MS 39529 intends to purchase two environmental temperature chambers.
