- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard, Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic (MLCLANT), Norfolk, VA is issuing a solicitation for the purchase of the following Brand Name of Equal Medical Supplies Equipments: 1. Oxygen Regulator with the following specifications: Yoke Pin-index, 2 male DISS outlets with check valves, 40-60 psi outlet pressure, constant flow with barbed outlet (1,2,4,6,10,15,25, LPM). Gauge cover. 2. Demand Valve Resuscitators with the following specifications: Designed to provide 100% oxygen to a breathing or non-breathing patient and be used with a mask, ET tube, or tracheotor tube. Units shall included valve (40 LPM flow rate) with 6' oxygen hose and mask. 3. Jumbo "D" Oxygen Cylinders with the following specifications: Aluminum (9 lbs.). Holds 22.5. Cubic feet (640 liters) with a toggle switch build in. 4. Anti Shock Garment with the following specifications: The internal bladder on the LSP Air Pants shall carry a warranty against defects in the material and work. The nonabsorbent material shall prevent odors to enter the material to allow the pants to be easily disinfected. The adult airpants are required to be downsizeable with large children or small adults. Storage case must be provided. Delivery: various locations to be listed in RFQ. All alternate products are subject to acceptance by the end user in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. Procurement is set-aside for small business. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with the procedures used in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 (test program). The North American Industrial Classification System NAICS number is 339112 the size standard is 500 employees. A Firm-Fixed Price contract will be awarded. Firms must be bid on all or none. Delivery of these items is expected thirty days after an award is made. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number DTCG84-02-Q-AAM099.
