Description
NAICS : 541330 Size Standard : $4.0 DESCRIPTION : (SEE NOTE 22) This proposed procurement is for services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with :Herbert Engineering Corporation, 2417 Mariner Street, Alameda, CA 94501.Develop and tech support of a harmonization subdivision and damage stability standards for dry and cargo ships. Proposal Evaluation Criteria: (1) Price and price-related factors. (2)Technical Evaluations.(3) Past Performance. Questions about this requirement must be in writing and submitted by fax or e-mail. Telephone inquiries are strongly discouraged. All inquiries must include the solicitation number, your full name, organization name, address, phone and fax numbers, and must be received by 12:00 (noon) ET, September 12th, 2002. This synopsis will close on September 12th, 2002, submit requests for solicitation to Ryan Storino @202-267-1574, mstorino@comdt.uscg.mil . A Determination by the government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
