- NAICS : 541330 Size Standard : $4.0 DESCRIPTION : (SEE NOTE 22) This proposed procurement is for services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with :Herbert Engineering Corporation, 2417 Mariner Street, Alameda, CA 94501.Develop and tech support of a harmonization subdivision and damage stability standards for dry and cargo ships. Proposal Evaluation Criteria: (1) Price and price-related factors. (2)Technical Evaluations.(3) Past Performance. Questions about this requirement must be in writing and submitted by fax or e-mail.
