- ALL INFORMATION AND ATTACHMENTS MAY BE FOUND AT www.eps.gov, LISTED UNDER: USAF, AIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND then ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT, HOWEVER REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY 02 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2002. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 02. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation, #F43COM21720100. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08 Notice: This acquisition is 100 % set aside for Small business concerns and is under NAICS code 443112, with annual gross revenue not to exceed $7.5 million. Contractor shall provide and install the following Projection System to include: 1 ea. InFocus Lp-530 XGA DLP Video Projector with the following features; 200 ANSI Lumens, 400:1 Contrast Ratio, 1024 X 768 Pixel Resolution, Integrated Faroudja Video Processing, Digital Inputs, and Up-Gradable Input Module, 1 ea. Infocus Ceiling Mount Kit, 1 ea. Draper 100" Diagonal Motorized Screen, 1 ea. IR Activation Relay for Screen Operation, 1 ea. Toshiba SD-4700 Progressive Scan DVD Player, 1 ea. JVC SRV10U HiFi S-Video Recorder, 1 ea. Yamaha HTR5540 DTS A/V Receiver, 2 ea. Yamaha NSA1W Monitor Speakers, 3 ea. Proflex 50' S-Video & A/V Cables, 1 ea. Altinex cb 3750mr 50' VGA M/M cable, 1 ea. Altinex DA1907 Ditto Distribution Amp, 1 ea. Gyration Wireless RF keyboard, 1 ea. Gyration RF Gyromouse, 1 ea. Reverse KVM Keyboard/Mouse Switch, 1 ea. Philips Pronto TSU 6000 Remote & RF Module, 1 ea. Altinex ISC2100 Wall Connection Plate, 1 ea. Altinex cb3750mr 50' VGA M/M Cable, 1 ea. Audio Interconnect Cable, 1 ea. Altinex DA-1917SX Auto Switch, 1 ea. Middle Atlantic BRK36 Equipment Rack, 1 ea. Middle Atlantic UD3 Utility Drawer, 2 ea. Middle Atlantic US2 Utility Shelves and 1 ea. Furman PL-8 Rack Mount. Contractor is also required to provide training on system upon completion of installation. If you are quoting an Equal, you must provide the MFG, Part Number and other requirements prescribed in FAR 52.211-6. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions. Evaluation will be based on price and price related factors. FAR clause 52.212-4 (FEB 2002), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition.
