Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation No. Q5299020039 is issued as a Request for Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price Order for Commercial Items, using simplified acquisition procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333319; the size standard is $ 500.0 million. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25. The solicitation items are as follows: The potential supplier shall furnish and deliver Line Item 1--One (1) PW2000, Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant, 5Horsepower, 220Volt/Single Phase System; Line Item 2--One (1) PW600, Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant, 2 Horsepower, 220 Volt/Single Phase System. Product shall be delivered NLT 30 Calendar Days upon the Notice of Award of this procurement. The contractor must warrant all parts and equipment of this product for a period of (2) years from the date of acceptance. The contractor must replace without cost to the government if any part of this product fails due to manufacturing or material defects during the warranty period. All costs of shipping will be at the contractor's expense. F.O.B. Point: Destination-Everglades National Park, 40001 State Road 9336, Homestead, Florida 33034, attention: Contracting Procurement Management Office. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This form may be requested from the Contracting Officer by FAX or email. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in the offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of offers.
