- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington is intending to award a sole source contract on behalf of the Naval Criminal Investigation Service for (15) each of Polygraph Workstation including: Axciton computerized polygraph five channel sensor box with three year unconditional parts and labor warranty. The intended sole source is Axciton System Inc., P.O. Box 42380, Houston, TX 77242. The workstations are to include Axciton computerized polygraph software with chart analysis chart scoring algorithm and Axciton pharmaceutical dictionary. Negotiations are being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1(b). "Note: This acquisition is being conducted using the test program procedures at FAR 13.5. Under these procedures the government is (1) not required to determine a competitive range; (2) is not requires to hold discussion; (3) is not required to provide offerors with an opportunity to submit final revised proposals." The Fleet Industrial Supply Center intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price Contract. The delivery date for this requirement is 30 September 2002. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334519. The response date for this requirement is 09 September 2002.
