- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation number F7349022180200A is issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2002-08. The associated North American Industry Classification Code is 812320 and the small business size standard is $4.0 million. Scott AFB IL has a need for nonpersonal services to provide personnel, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform services. Contractor will pick-up dry clean, and deliver materials as listed below for C-9A aircraft. the seat covers are made of flame retardant 90% Wool and 10% nylon blended material. the contractor will pick-up materials no later than 0800 , two (2) working days after notiifcation and will return property to the poc not later than thre (3) working days after pickup by 1600 (4 PM) of the same week. items may contain bodily fluids and biohazards from medical patients. contractor will remove all visible stains from seat covers. This will cover a period of performance of not to exceed 12 months after award of this requirement. Other items to be cleaned are: Lavoratory curtains, modesty curtains, barrier cutains, and magazine pouches. A copy of the current applicable Wage Determination can be found in Attachment 1. Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification, Commercial Items. This requirement is set-aside for small business, and will be rated Best Value, with past performance being rated equal to price. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the offeror with the lowerst price. Offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award.
