Description

Pre-Engineered Metal Building: Building shall be as a minimum *40 ft x 60 ft Rigid Frame Clear Span with minimum 12 ft eave height. *Minimum 26 gauge ribbed roof and wall panels. *1:12 slope roof. *3 ea 8 ft x 10 ft overhead doors. *2 ea 3/0 x 7/0 personnel doors. *40 ft interior partition with beige interior panels both sides. *Wall color - Beige, roof color - Hawaiian Blue (or close approximation); Kynar painted. *Minimum R-13 insulation on roof and walls. *Minimum 20 year warranty on all metal. *Must meet standard Building Codes for Estill, SC. *Provide Structural and Architectural plans for approval.
