Description

NA SOURCES SOUGHT/NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT WITH ONE SOURCE. Conduct a Ground Based Survey to - includes researching the availability of geodetic survey control from the National Geodetic Survey (NGS); researching the availability of vertical control, Nort h American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88) in the project vicinity. Provide a survey of cross-sections, locate and provide spot elevations; establish photo control targets required for aerial surveys. Deliverables include two CDs, each containing surveye d cross-section locations, elevations and spot elevations and location. The surveys must be completed within 45 days after receipt of order. All interested parties may respond or submit statements of qualifications. Evaluations will be based on the qual ifications including familiarity with the Ashley Creek profile (site specific), proximity to the survey site and ability to meet the performance schedule. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. The Government will consider respons es received within 10 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government. All responses are due in not later than 06SEP02/1500 HRS PDT. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: C211, SIC CODE: 7389, NAICS Code: 54137. The size standard for this code is $4.0M.
