Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in 12.6 as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written soliciation will not be issued. This soliciation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) number 02SQ6A0070. All quotes to reference this RFQ number and shall be submitted by 4 pm, local time on 9-11-2002. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns, however, in the event we receive fewer than 2 quotes from small business concerns, the government reserves the right to award to a large business. NAICS code is 421440. The small business size is 100 employees. Line item number 1 fiberglass life ring wall mounted (ring buoys) cabinets with "T" handled part number LRH-MT manufactur Cheyenne Livestock and Products, Inc. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. This is a small business set-aside under simplified acquisition procedures. The deciding factor on this RFQ will be low price. Delivery date shall be 10-16-2002. Place of acceptace is Bureau of Reclamation, 205 Chamberlain Road, Mills WY 82644. FOB destination. The following FAR provisions apply 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items.
