Description

The Southern Plains Area for the Agricultural Research Service, of the U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to issue an award to Qiagen Operon, Inc., 1000 Atlantic Ave., Suite 108, Almeda, CA 94501. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competition. This is a simplified acquisition. The Plant Stress and Germplasm Development Laboratory at Lubbock, Texas requires the Array-Ready Oligo Set for the Arabidopsis Genome, which contains 26,090 probes representing the complete unigene set of Arabidopsis genome.
