Safra Family Lodge at NIH. The St atement of Work for this requirement is attached to this syn opsis. The period of performance for this requirement is September 2002 through March 2004. All interested vendors are requested to submit a detailed te chnical and cost proposal (Original plus 5 copies) to the fo llowing address by no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday August 27, 2002. Electronic proposal responses will not be accept ed. National Institutes of Health Clinical Center, Office of Purchasing and Contracts 10 Center Drive, Building 10, Room 1N262 Bethesda, Maryland 20892 Attention: Al Plyler Technical proposals should be in as much detail as necessary in order to enable the Government to determine the soundnes s of the offeror's proposed technical approach to performing the work and their understanding of the requirement as well as the qualifications and experience of staff proposed for this project. The technical proposal shall also include res umes or curriculum vitae of all staff being proposed for per formance on this project. Offeror shall also submit a list of 4-5 contracts completed during the past three years or w ork currently in process that is relevant to the subject mat ter covered by this procurement. The Government may make award based on initial proposals wit hout discussions, but reserves the right to hold both oral a nd written discussions with vendors as deemed necessary. A set of architectural drawings are available for viewing be tween the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. by contacting the above named individual on 301-496-1847. This is a best value procurement. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the requirements in the St atement of Work will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
