NA NSN: 5640-01-125-9918, PN: 70500-03-50-088, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-02-R-0567, Quantity: Min: 248 each, Max: 1224, Year 1;248 each, Year 2;244 each, Year 3;244 each, Year 4;244 each, Year 5; 244 each, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Destin ation with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Delivery with First Article Test is 50 each 315 days after contract. Without FAT, 50 each 210 days after contract award. FAT Report due 198 DACA. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government has righ ts to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This is 100% HUBZone small business. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior a pproval of the Government. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small business, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical te chnology and has been restricted for release outside The United States.
