Description

0001. Healthflash Specifications: A compliance and accreditation application framework that is accessed and managed over the internet. The application is an integrated set of modules that organize and streamline the process and lifecycle around compliance and accreditation initiative. It supports JCAHO, HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, AAAHC, in addition to any state standards, organization specific standards the customer would like to make available. The modules allow for performing and recording self assessments against JCAHO standards, HIPAA regulations, etc. The results of those assessments are recorded, next reviews can be scheduled and auto-messaging informs responsible parties of their duties ? all sent to their corporate internet email inboxes. The deficiencies/gaps are entered and linked to robust project management that allows for project team creation, detailed task creation within projects, and the ability to assign individuals responsibilities to complete those tasks. Other modules perform document management, policy and procedure management, meeting management, environment of care management, performance management, questionnaire management, and central repository development, as well as executive roll-up of information. The advantage throughout the previously listed modules all operating in conjunction is the ability to link all data within the modules to the individual standards/regulations.
