Description

The U.S. GOVERNMENT, GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, WANTS TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE IN SALISBURY, NC. Requirement: THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT is seeking to lease office and related space in SALISBURY, NC, consisting of approximately 3,654 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield 3,177 BOMA usable square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Space must be located on, in or adjacent to the central business district, bounded North by Kerr Street, bounded on the East by the Southern Rail-track, bounded South by Horah Street, bounded west to include the intersection of Jake Alexander Blvd and Hwy 150(Mooresville Hwy). Space must be located outside of the flood plain area. Residential and Industrial areas are unacceptable. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Required: All services, supplies, utilities and space alterations will be provided as part of rental consideration. Lease Terms: The lease term is 10(ten) years with cancellation rights on or after five(5) years. Space must be available for occupancy January 2, 2003.
