Description

This is a request for quote via Federal Acquisition Regulations parts 12 and 13 for the following: pager leasing and pager service to include replacement of lost pagers on an as needed basis. Estimated minimum 70 pagers for a period of twelve (12) months beginning October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003. The number of pagers may increase as much as twenty additional pagers depending on needs. Type of pager service: 68 numeric messaging. Jamaica, NY area. Two pagers: nationwide numeric messaging. Contractor shall provide monthly service charges, terms and any additional known costs such as service fund charges and surcharges. Contractor is required to be registered at www.ccr.gov in order to do business with the government. Open Market and GSA contract pricing will be reviewed. Award will be made to the lowest overall cost, technically acceptable contractor. Provisions and Clauses from FAR part 12 are applicable to this requirement and are incorporated by Reference. Email and fax responses are acceptable. Note: extension has been made to due by date for responses to September 5, 2002. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
