- Description
- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide a flexible spending account program for the Commission. The program will be a Section 508, pre-tax program to allow Commission employees to participate in three general areas: (1) Dependent Care, (2) Health Care, and (3) Transportation/Parking. The contactor will design, implement and administer the plan. The period of performance will 12 months with four 12-month options. The solicitation will be made available at this website, and is expected to be posted on or about August 8, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the Commission.
