- NPG02205000590, NSN 4920-01-465-8435, Harness Engine IAW Bell Helicopter Inc. P/N 209-375-101 or First Electronics Corp. P/N 16825. Specification, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304 ( c ) (1). This is an unrestricted procurement, not a set-aside. This solicitation is for a basic quantity of 34 with a 100% option for increased quantity. FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance destination, Q001. Requested delivery is 300 days ARO. Ship to address is New Cumberland, PA 17070. This solicitation may be available for issue on or about 30 August 2002 and close on or about 30 Sept. 2002. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
