- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the NAICS Code is 541611. The purpose of this requirement is to produce an updated reference guide for medical clinicians and a marketing education program to ensure the broadest possible access to the information by clinicians serving women with HIV. The Contractor will be revising and updating a clinical manual entitled, ?A Guide to the Clinical Care of Women with HIV.? The anticipated period of performance is for six (6) months from the effective date of contract award. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available approximately fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice. The closing date will be August 29, 2002. The solicitation will be e-mailed to all Offerors.
