- SECOND REQUEST Upgrade Parking Area for ATCT, Midland/Odessa Airport, TX The work consists of but is not limited to: Civil, architectural, structural, irrigation, landscaping and some electrical work necessary to upgrade the parking area of the ATCT and Base Building facility. Improvements/installation of manholes/drain inlets, installation of reinforcing concrete pipe and removal/replacement of pavement. The NAICS code is 234110. THE PROJECT MAGNITUDE IS BETWEEN $250,000 AND $500,000. CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE MAILING ADDRESS. NOTE: THIS PROJECT IS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
