Description
NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are bein g requested and a written request will not be issued. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside under SIC code 3728, NAIC 336413. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. Solicitation is for: Two (2) each Multipurpose Blackhawk/Seahawk Tail Rotor Work Platform and Phase Maintenance Platforms for UH-60 helicopters. Functionality and performance of the offered product should be similar to Merrill Engineering Tai l Rotor Platform #ME-1010 and phase maintenance platform #ME-1001EXT. Critical specifications that must be met are: Easily moved with swivel lock castors and brakes; adjustable panels of platforms must fit flush up against the contour of aircraft; va riable height adjustments, hand rails, non-slip deck surface for safety. Maintenance platform should extend past the exhaust ejectors. If offer is for other than Merrill Engineering, you must submit specifications at the time of offer by fax or email.
