- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC intends to obtain, on a sole source basis, 40,000 sample battery reservoirs for the M234 SDF fuze from KDI Precision Products, 3975 McMann Road, Cincinnati, Ohio under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 avoidance of duplication of cost and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. This notice does not constitute an RFP and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. See Numbered Note 22.
